here's another one that the system scraped but the phone number is different than the one on the ad.

What is going on???

Hello Lissette,
 
We are looking into this issue in detail to make sure everything is working correctly on our end.
 
The lead you pointed out was scraped by our system on September 14, 2026. We have checked our system, and everything appears to be working as expected.
One thing we noticed is that the Zillow listing shows that it was last updated about 14 hours ago. It is possible that the listing information was changed after our system had already scraped it.
 
Our system scrapes each listing only once and stores the information that is available on Zillow at that specific time. If the property owner or agent updates the Zillow listing afterward and changes any of the details, those later changes will not automatically appear in our system because the listing has already been scraped.
 
This may explain why the information you currently see on Zillow is different from the information that was originally captured in our system.
 
We are still reviewing this carefully to make sure there are no other issues and that everything is working correctly on our end. We will keep you updated if we find anything else.

Hi, I am noticing that all of my rental leads are getting blacklisted by the system. Here's an example of one.  I checked public records for the property owner's name to make sure whether it is an auto text from Hotpads or if it's really a Listed by Owner listing, and in fact, it is a legitimate Listed by Property Owner listing, not a Hotpads listing.  
It's blacklisting all my leads.

Lead Phone [(813) 296-8541] is blacklisted. Following are the blacklisted words system found: (hotpads, we need a little more info to pass you over)

Please disregard. This is definitely a HOTPADS thing. Not the Automarketer. All good. :)
